Formation of General Educational Programmes With the Motive of Musical Culture of Podblanicko

The author builds the Diploma Thesis called "The Formation of Educational Framework with the Musical Culture in Podblanicko Region Theme" on her Bachelor Thesis called "The Heritage of Jan Dismas Zelenka in the Contemporary Life in Podblanicko Region". She engages in composer Jan Dismas Zelenka, in his legacy and commemorates his life and work mainly in the festival "Podblanický hudební podzim" which takes place every year. The author focuses on contemporary Educational System which has been considerably changing for last several years. Educational reform along with innovating Educational Framework for primary schools came into effect in September 2007. Educational Framework emphasises development of six Key Competences which help to cultivate student's personality, introduces Cross-cutting Themes and Educational Fields which encompass school subjects. She closely focuses on Educational Field Art and Culture and deals especially with Music and its use in Educational Framework for primary schools. Art Education and key competencies.

The diploma thesis deals with the influence of art education on the development of key competences within the curriculum for the elementary school. The thesis explores the potential of this discipline and the possibility to apply it to the development and strengthening of cognitive functions, self-confidence, social and communication skills in children in the elderly school age. The first theoretical part focuses on the concept of art education and its present currents in relation to both the changing educational content and some of the problems encountered in common school practice. Particular attention is paid to the animo-centric approach to which the author reports, and at the same time he feels the need to define the boundary between developing competencies and solving specific problems of individual pupils or classroom dynamics, between artefiletics and activities that approach their approach to artetherapy. The second part elaborates the findings of in-depth interviews with experts in pedagogy and psychology that describe the experience with artefiletics, artetherapy and pedagogical work in school and their potential to develop key competencies. Utilization of Children and Juvenile Literature in After-school Clubs

The thesis deals with utilization of literary education in after-school club in Studena. The theoretical part determines the key concepts (after-school club, leisure time, characteristic of children). In particular, the thesis concentrates on characteristics of school club as the environment for pedagogy and education of children in after-school time, characteristics of junior and middle-age children. The thesis further analyses the ways of work with the literary texts during literary and literary-dramatic education in more details. Practical part includes the research on utilization of the literary education in after-school club and also outside it and paper works aimed at literary and dramatic education.

The aim of this thesis is to clarify the concept of still life, outlining its development in the context of art from antiquity to the present. The work will focus select content for specification and formal transformations of still life with the possibility of using the outline of educational potential for the practice of art education in elementary schools. This work includes theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with the history, basic principles and techniques of still life in art and his world and Czech officials. Practical application includes a realistic still life theme in art lessons and its subsequent possibilities.

The diploma thesis explores the meaning of business analyst role in IT. What possible influence this role has on successfulness of IT projects and how companies could effectively educate such an employee using optimized framework of their internal processes. Suggested process framework for business analysts' development involves five areas of company's life: company culture, education, knowledge management, practical application of gained experience and last but not least - the recruitment process. Processes of these areas affect each other and together create integrated system, which allows for effective education of business analysts. Process framework enables complex approach to employees development and effectively links human resources development strategy and company's global strategy.
